Quick decision games
I gave one of the newer quick decision games a try a few days ago after seeing people talk about it online. I only meant to spend ten minutes on it, but I ended up staying much longer because every round felt like it was over almost as soon as it started. I had one really good run where I thought I had finally figured out the right approach, but the next few rounds proved that idea wrong pretty quickly. It reminded me that these games are much more about staying disciplined than trying to predict what comes next.

I’ve had almost the same experience. The hardest part is knowing when to walk away, especially after a couple of successful rounds. It’s easy to think your timing is getting better, but I’ve found that sticking to a simple routine works much better than changing strategies every few minutes. I also prefer games that are easy to understand without spending ages learning complicated mechanics. This is what I use — tower x — mainly because it’s straightforward, the rounds are quick, and it’s easy to fit a short session into a busy day without feeling overwhelmed.
