Katie Silva

Co-Head Coach

Beginning martial arts as a small child in Shotokan Karate, kickboxing as a teen and young adult also MMA and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Katie has always had a passion for martial arts. Certified by the American Council of Exercise as a Personal Trainer, Youth Fitness Specialist, Nutrition Specialist and Behavioral Specialist, Katie has an extensive background in athletic coaching.


Katie firmly believes that Martial Arts is extremely important for everyone but especially women for protection and confidence and hopes to build a sucessful and accomplished womens team in Wellington.
